Our story
The contract was never the problem.
Every deal we worked on had a well-drafted agreement. What went wrong came later: a renewal window nobody tracked, a notice sent a day late, a counterparty nobody checked until money was already moving.
Those are not legal problems. They are operating problems, and in most firms nobody owns them.
